BWS Group specialises in independent construction health and safety services under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 and handover services, including CDM Principal Designer services, the production of bespoke construction handover documentation, MEP design co-ordination and commissioning management. We also act as Competent Advisors to companies under The Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999.
Since 2002, we have continually built and maintained long term relationships with a large number of national developers, contractors and consultants by providing a common sense proactive approach focussed on sharing our experience within construction teams to coordinate the design and delivery of a wide range of schemes.
Value-added CDM
We have continually and consistently promoted the principles of CDM since their introduction in 1995, developing design strategies that positively contribute to the wider benefits of value engineering and cost in use.
Our long experience in design, construction technology and processes results in early identification and resolution of potential health and safety risks. This means we reduce the likelihood of costly design changes and positively contribute to commercial risk management processes.
We continually seek to provide common sense solutions to design and management, ensuring that we make a difference rather than delivering generic paperwork. We also provide seminars and technical support in order to promote current regulations and best practice.
